First of all, I want to sincerely thank all of the clients who chose to do business with Bakeris Roofing this past year. If it wasn’t for you, the homeowner who chooses to put your trust in us, Bakeris Roofing wouldn’t be possible. We’re thankful and optimistic that you’ll continue to trust us in 2015 and for many years to come.

 

Our customer care representatives will continue to make an effort to call everyone regardless of whether they obtained a roof repair or replacement. We follow up simply because we want to make sure that we do an outstanding job for all of our clients. At Bakeris Roofing, we consider you to be a client for life and it’s our goal to build a great relationship with you. Of course, we know that the team at Bakeris Roofing is human, and we’re not perfect. If we ever make a mistake or you have an issue with the work we’ve done, let us know so we can make it right. As 2015 progresses, we’re going to head back into the training room to continue to hone our skills. Our goal is to constantly improve and learn here at Bakeris Roofing. That’s one of the main ways that we’ve been able to build our team of highly-skilled people. A big part of our training focuses on customer service—we want to make sure that the people we send to your home are well-qualified to talk to you in an effective and friendly manner. Our team has safety, courtesy, and hard work on their minds so that our clients will have 100% trust in Bakeris Roofing.

 

Our real-world training also consists of ongoing practice of our roofing skills to ensure that we do the best job once we visit your home. If there are newly developed methods that are better than what was done before, we will make an effort to keep current and learn them in our shop. Even though the winter snow here in Iowa may have been preventing us from going up on roofs, we’re not just going to sit on our laurels snacking on bonbons and coffee. We’re going to train in our shop to make our processes better. Why? Because it makes our visit as stress-free as possible for the homeowner.
