Customer Care Representatives Making You Smile

 

Whenever a client calls in to Bakeris Roofing, our customer care representatives are the first line of communication. When they answer the phone, you’ll hear them say, “Hello, this is Bakeris Roofing. How can I make you smile today?” This isn’t just an empty statement—they really do want to put a smile on your face.

There was one occasion when a caller asked Stacy why she was so happy. In fact, he said she sounded too happy. He said that he was in a bad mood because of the problem he was having with his roof. There was a leak right above his bed. He said that the more he talked with Stacy, the better his mood became. You know what? Life isn’t so bad after all. There are people who have difficulties in their lives, and the caller’s predicament wasn’t so bad in the scheme of things.

 

On the other hand, everyone has probably called a business where the person on the other end isn’t very pleasant. This bad first impression can set the mood for the entire experience. Even worse is the call to a company that’s met with an automated machine. It might take 20 minutes just to speak with a live person on the other end of the phone.
