Bakeris Roofing believes in taking care of their customers, not only during the work process, but looking into the future as well. Let’s say you, as a customer, have us put a new roof on your home. Two years down the road, half of the shingles on your roof lose their granules prematurely. This scenario can, unfortunately, create what is commonly known as “the blame game.” The homeowner starts to blame the contractor, who in turn, starts to blame the manufacturer, and then the roofer blames the manufacturer. Bakeris Roofing never wants the homeowner to be caught in the middle of this vicious cycle. If this scenario should ever happen to one of our customers, and if the manufacturer refuses to stand behind their warranty, it doesn’t matter if the damage is from loss of granules, curling, leaking or any other type of defect, Bakeris Roofing will take care of the problem. We will repair the problem promptly and pursue the manufacturer for monetary coverage.

If you should ever pursue a claim with a manufacturer, call and let us know. Because you are our customer, we’ll take you through the process and do the necessary paperwork. We only need your signature and the rest will be taken care of by us. This is where the No Blame Guarantee covers our customers and completely removes worry or stress on their part. We will communicate with the manufacturer if their product is at fault in any way. First and foremost, we want the customer to know that we take personal responsibility for any roofing problems associated with roofing defects and we can and will step up to the plate.
