I’m Stacey Kingery, Customer Care Representative at Bakeris Roofing. I enjoy working with the team at Bakeris to ensure the customer’s experience is outstanding. Before joining Bakeris, I used to work at Principal Financial Group in client resource services. I would field incoming calls and emails to help guide customers through the process of obtaining life insurance. While my previous job was unrelated to roofing, the overall process is the same here at Bakeris—customers need somebody to listen to their issue, make sure it is properly addressed, and make sure the relevant person is sent to their home.


Some of the most common calls I receive are pertaining to a problem that needs to be solved. This is similar with any company, but the difference lies in the products and services we provide. For example, there have been some recent storms in the area, bringing rain and strong wind. Many homeowners have had shingles blown off the roof or water leaking into their house. When I receive those calls, I need to make sure we find the right technician that can address their issue.


Whether a customer needs a full replacement or repair, we need to send the right specialist for the job. Our roof replacement specialists are Jeff, Cole, and Kraig, while our repair specialists are Justin and Erin. Take a look at our staff page to find out more. The Bakeris team is a great group of people who makes sure to communicate with each other so everyone is aware of important situations.


A big part of my job is assessing and prioritizing the customer’s situation so we can get a technician to their home in a reasonable timeframe. When customers call Bakeris Roofing with an urgent issue, we know that they might be concerned about potential damage that may have been caused.


If a home has a leak, we will try to get someone to make a home visit within 24 hours. If the issue is smaller, such as some fallen or damaged fascia, which is not nearly as bad as a large leak directly into a room. Our usual turnaround time is around two to three days. Depending on the technician that is sent to make the visit, they may be able to fix the problem immediately.
