At Bakeris Roofing, we have the Happy Neighborhood Guarantee. It’s a no-risk guarantee for the homeowner. We want all the homes in your neighborhood to come to Bakeris Roofing, and you can help by referring us to others. When we get done with your project and do the post-job checklist, we make sure that you’re pleased with everything we’ve done. If we need to correct anything for some reason, we will get it taken care of for you.

The Happy Neighborhood Guarantee means that if for some reason you’re not happy with something and we cannot correct it or make it right for you (it has to be a reasonable problem) you will not pay for your roof. We will even remove the roof at no cost.

With a guarantee like this, what kind of work do you think we will do? You bet we’ll do everything to code and follow all the manufacturer’s specs. We’re putting our reputation on the line, and we’re also putting our money where our mouth is.
