“Keeping Things Organized”
As Customer Care Representative, my first priority is to take care of you, the customer. I want to make sure that you are getting everything you need with your roofing system and take care of any problems that you might have. In order to provide you with the best service that I can, it is very important that I am organized.
I need to make sure that my coworkers are scheduled at the proper times, along with giving them all relevant information about where they will be going. I also need to make sure that the customer is informed with all aspects of service. The customer is the biggest focus here at Bakeris.
My goal is to make sure that you are satisfied 100%. Organization is the key to making that happen. The people that visit your home will take care of you, going above and beyond to make sure you are happy. I have seen the guys stay late on occasion to make sure that they did a thorough and timely job. From the first time you call us at Bakeris all the way to the follow-up call we give to you, you the customer are our number one priority.
The reason we make follow-up calls is to make sure that your home visit was on time and everything was done properly. For example, we want to be sure that the people at your home wore shoe covers and did the job to your satisfaction. This is yet another way that we make sure your needs are met as the customer.
We also keep things organized by having meetings every Wednesday and Friday. We coordinate on scheduling to ensure the technicians that are going out for roof repairs and replacements are where they need to be, and we are addressing priority manners in a timely fashion. We work together as a close team here at Bakeris. I have learned how to flash around a chimney, even though I normally would just take calls. Our meetings also have role playing sessions to make sure that everyone can give great customer service over the phone.
