If we installed a roof for you at Bakeris Roofing, we offer a 10 Year NO Blame Guarantee. If your roof were to fail within 10 years for any reason, all you would need to do is give us a call and we’ll get it taken care of. We think that the homeowner should never have to get caught in the middle of a blame game where the contractor blames the manufacturer and the manufacturer blames the contractor right back. We want to take you, the client and homeowner, completely out of the claim process so you don’t have to deal with any of the hassle yourself.

At Bakeris Roofing, we make it very easy—we’ll actually get up on the roof and take the pictures, conduct a full inspection, and take the two shingles out since they are needed for the manufacturer claim. We’ll even assist with the claim form itself so all you have to do is sign your name. If the manufacturer tries to drag their feet and not get the claim taken care of in a timely manner, we’re here to step in and fix the problem. Whether it’s a bundle of shingles or the entire roof, we’ll do whatever is necessary to get your roof back in working order.
