Our Commitment to Satisfaction

At the and of every job we do at Bakeris Roofing, we call our clients back to do what we call a happy check. The purpose of this call is to ensure that the client was 100 percent satisfied with their interactions with the technician, roofing specialist, and everybody else affiliated with our company. If there was a nail lying in the driveway, for example, we would want to know so we would be able to improve our processes and prevent the same thing from occurring in the future.


Along those same lines, we are glad to receive reviews from our customers online through Google+. We have a profile for Bakeris Roofing and another for Bakeris Roofing Des Moines. It’s one of the many ways for our clients to communicate with us, whether they were happy or unhappy. We can use this information to make sure that we deliver the best experience possible.


We also use the feedback from our clients in our regular training meetings. There have been several occasions when our roofing technicians have gone above and beyond to make the homeowner feel very comfortable. When we get feedback about friendliness, timeliness, or questions and concerns being answered, we’ll be sure to give the technician a pat on the back during our meetings.


Usually, when we call a client for a happy check, they have absolutely nothing but rave reviews. They are happy with the technician, the person who sold them the job, and the office support that we provided. That is what we set out to do at Bakeris Roofing, so we are sure to let employees know that these actions do not go unnoticed.


There are even many times when we will get little cards in the mail from happy clients. The notes express the great job that we did, and say that they will recommend us to everyone they know. We greatly appreciate that they took the extra time to let us know, even after we followed up with them.


There are also times when our happy check reveals that an employee left behind one of their tools at the home. Even though they tried to clean the job site the best they could, they made a mistake by overlooking an item. In that case, we’re happy to pick up the item that was left, and we appreciate that the customer let us know. If we didn’t receive this feedback, we wouldn’t know the areas that we need to improve.


When anybody at Bakeris Roofing makes a commitment to the client, they are not just empty words. We will do what it takes to actually follow through and make sure that steps are being followed—from the initial sale to the happy check after everything has been done. It isn’t just a quick sale for the roofing specialist. It really comes down to a commitment that we make to you as the customer.
