Careers at Bakeris Roofing

We’re happy to accept applications from people who want to work at Bakeris Roofing. All you have to do is visit our Careers Page to download our application. It’s available in both English and Spanish. You can also contact us and we’ll email the form to you directly. Either way, just fill out the application and send it back to us.

Once we receive your application, we’ll call you to conduct a phone interview. Then you’ll come in and meet with me. If you get past me, then you’ll meet with some of our staff (probably including Jeff). We prefer as much of the staff members to meet with you as possible. That’s mainly because we want to make sure you fit in with the culture we’ve worked so hard to build here at Bakeris Roofing. It’s important that everybody on our team gets along well.

If you’re applying for a technical position like a tech or installer, Craig and Jeff will ask a few questions to assess your skills. Of course, just like we said in our TV commercial, there’s a background check and a drug test. If you don’t pass those, then you won’t get a job. You also have to have a valid driver’s license.
