Bakeris Roofing is Growing
One of the reasons we’re growing as a company is because we’re adding great people to our team. I’m pumped about spring because Tony my nephew has joined us. We don’t exhibit favoritism here at Bakeris Roofing, so he started at the ground level. He’s young and he wants to learn, and that’s very exciting.
I truly believe that if you don’t grow, you become stagnant and even start to go backwards in some ways. One of the ways we’ve kept our longevity in the roofing industry (for 26 years now) is by always trying to grow and make subtle changes. You don’t have to be drastic to keep on an upward path and stay current.
We’re able to offer great benefits to potential team members because we believe in growth instead of stagnation. Old companies are like old trucks. You know what happens when you inherit an old, stagnant roofing company? You see old worn out trucks, vans, and even employees. Nobody wants to change, so everyone has a burnt out and negative attitude.
On the other hand, we hire people with great attitudes. I truly believe that life is about having a positive attitude. You can see the results of attitude when it comes to the type of company that’s formed.
We want to give back to our community and we want to help you with your roofing and siding issues. Our ultimate goal is to make you remember Bakeris Roofing not just for the great work we did, but for that extra step we took to make you happy.
It might have been our polite actions, the way we helped you bring in the garbage can, or the way we helped with a little bit of yard work. We’re really here to be kind and courteous with you, the homeowner. We’ll help you to remember us not only for roofing and construction, but our acts of kindness.
If you appreciate kindness in this world, make sure you pass it on to the next person. We need everyone to have a positive attitude and help each other out.
