Staying In Contact With Homeowners

We want to stay in contact with you here at Bakeris Roofing—not just because we’ve finished your roof, but because we truly do care about you. What we have been trying to do over the past couple of years is say ‘thank you’ in some way.

One of the ways we might say thanks is with a handwritten card. It’s pretty easy to jump on a computer and send a quick email. It takes much more time and consideration to sit down and write your thoughts down on a real piece of paper. We noticed that our clients really appreciate it, too.

The time will eventually come when handwritten letters are a thing of the past. We’ll see a generation that doesn’t know how to write down an address on an envelope. Almost everything will be done electronically. We like the new school at Bakeris Roofing, but we also feel sentimental about the old school.

When you put a little bit more effort into a letter or card, think that’s 10X in my book. It will make someone feel totally different than if you sent them an email. Don’t get me wrong, though, emails are great and they have their benefits, too.

If you didn’t receive a letter, that doesn’t mean we forgot about you. We will make an effort to keep raising the bar.
