Customer Feedback on Facebook and Google+

 

We’ve been trying to make sure that we post weekly on social media like Facebook, Google+, and Twitter. We take pictures of customers who got their roofs put on (not all the time, but we’re trying to be more consistent). It gives customers a way to get our name out there. We also ask people to write reviews through Facebook or Google+.

 

Vince from Pleasant Hill wrote a review recently. Here’s what he had to say:

 

We live in Pleasant Hill and had our roof damaged by hail four years ago. Our insurance company declined to repair the roof citing the inability to determine when the damage occurred. I did my research on roofing companies while saving money to do the work. Bakeris had replaced /repaired several here in Pleasant Hill. They have an excellent reputation and an outstanding rating on Angie's List and the BBB. So we called and had another estimate done. While we had some less expensive bids. I remembered my friend had his roof done by another company with metal shingles that took them a week to do and leaked. This company had TV commercials and other media pushing their product. Bakeris came out four years ago and gave me an estimate. They were very polite and even came back to explain to the insurance company and went up on the roof with them. This time I called and they came out exactly when they said they would. I was originally scheduled for September but they got me in over two weeks early. They gave me a date and time and showed up exactly on time. Tony Bakeris quoted me a price that was a little more than four years ago, but sold me only what I needed. Good quality, and excellent materials. He helped me arrange financing (less than $100 per month) for the little extra that things cost since the first estimate. He told me about their guarantee for material and workmanship. Anyway, their crew showed up spread tarps around the house. Put the shingles on each portion of the roof and garage and started about 07:00. At 15:00 my split level roof was done, garage was done and my yard and around the house was cleaner than when they started. (they even got the dog presents in the backyard). A couple of days later they did the gutters. Same story. Their lead workers were outstanding. Caesar and Alejandro were pleasant, professional and have a great attitude. The new roof and gutters look great. Even my neighbor, whom I have never spoken with in the thirteen years I have lived here came down and complimented on how good my house looks now. You get what you pay for. (and sometimes you get added value, I know I did) GREAT JOB BAKERIS.

 

If you do have hail, it’s a good idea to get your roof inspected as soon as possible. Don’t wait because there’s a time limit when the insurance company will take care of it. As Vince said, we also have a financing program here at Bakeris Roofing.

 

We’ve also gotten reviews that say that we have great workers who are quick and efficient. Sometimes our customers will even send us a card or a note that says our service was great. Here’s an email that we received:

 

Many thanks to all of you for going the extra mile. Got home later last night and everything looks great today. The new Gutter RX cleaned up the overall appearance of my gutters. Look forward to the improved functionality that they will bring to my home.
