We’re Improving All Our Forms

We’re making improvements on all our forms and proposal sheets so they’re absolutely clear and there’s no misrepresentation for homeowners. We don’t have all that small print on our agreement sheets. There’s nothing for homeowners to overlook and leave them out of luck. Remember, we’re not that contractor that’s going to pull a fast one on you.


It takes a lot of time and effort to make them better. Just when we think we have it perfect, we’ll send it to print and realize that we should have put something else in there. The end goal is to make it simple for the homeowner so that everything is clear and understandable. We want to leave absolutely nothing out when it comes to our guarantees, warranties, or payment methods. We want to itemize everything piece by piece when we put a roof system together.


You don’t have to be a lawyer to understand it, either. But most importantly, the homeowner and Bakeris Roofing are both covered. Take the typical manufacturer’s warranty for example. If we can’t understand it, how can we explain it to the homeowner? Chances are, the homeowner won’t be able to decipher the manufacturer’s warranty, either. I’ve even had reps that didn’t understand their own product warranties.


When a claim is filed, everyone blames everyone. The homeowner blames the manufacturer or the contractor, and the contractor blames the manufacturer. You don’t have to worry about that mess at Bakeris Roofing. We take responsibility, even if the manufacturer isn’t taking care of you like they’re supposed to. If they won’t stand behind their product, we will step in, fix the problem and take you out of the claim process. We’ll go after the manufacturer ourselves.
