Background Information and Feedback

When a service technician, roofing specialist, or project manager from Bakeris Roofing goes out to someone’s house, the homeowner will receive an email or text message letting them know. It will have a picture of the person that’s coming over, along with a short bio containing a little bit of background information. It says where they’re from, how long they’ve been with Bakeris Roofing and it talks about their experience. Homeowners will get that information before we even get to the house.


After the roofing specialist leaves, we give a call back so the homeowner can tell us about how they did. The homeowner can also do a review for salespeople or crew members on the Bakeris Roofing team at the end of the project. We value the feedback we receive, because we give a 100% satisfaction guarantee and we want to know exactly how we performed. This makes it really easy for the homeowner to do just that.


Sometimes reviews take more effort than they should, so we’ve made it possible for homeowners to send the review by text or voice activation. We always want to improve at Bakeris Roofing, and we do it by listening to what homeowners have to say about their experiences. This is a new tool that we’re starting to use this year so it’s easy as possible for homeowners to give feedback.
