We Like Talking With Both Decision Makers

When we book appointments for our roofing specialists and there are two people involved in the household’s decision making, we always like to have both people home. It makes the process easier, especially if one of those people won’t be home while we’re doing the work. What we’ve found over the years is it takes the burden off that one homeowner that we met with. They don’t have to explain everything to the other person who’s involved in the decision making.

We know how important it is that both sides of the relationship have an equal role in decision making. We prefer to have both homeowners with us at the same time, but of course there are times when it doesn’t always work out. We don’t want to waste your time, and it makes everything seem to flow better for both the homeowners and for Bakeris Roofing. We’ll come back as many times as we need to to explain things, too. We aren’t just going to drop a bid off in the door and leave. We’ll sit down and explain everything with you.

We’ll be happy to come back if we have to. It’s not an inconvenience to us, because you’re our client and that’s just what we do at Bakeris Roofing. Like I talked about in past blog posts, we’re here to educate you and tell you about the different roofing system options that you can choose from. If you don’t understand something, we want to make sure everything is clear and that you know exactly what product you want to use.
